I purchased a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in an online purchase. The vehicle was described as being put through an extensive mechanical and cosmetic inspection before being sold. I was advised that there was nothing that they could do for me. So now I’m stuck with an unsafe vehicle for my family to drive.
