John is extremely professional, very knowledgeable, patient, and I felt absolutely at ease with him. I had a lot of question and concerns.. John was able to answer everything and I felt confident in dealing with him. I have not bought a car from a dealership in over 28 years. If there was a scale from 1 to 10 on how to rate John and alI aspects of the buying experience I would rate him 100. Even after I closed the deal, which went smoothly, he had a follow up call to see if I had any questions and to extend his services to me if I did.
