I wanted to like this place but this was not a great experience. Wait time was not great. I got an oil change and a tire patch. The price for everything was insane. I was misled into getting a tire rotation as well that I thought was free of charge but ended up being an extra $20. This service ended up messing up my vehicle as my tire light came on after the service and when I hit the brakes it sounded like the brakes have much more pressure on them and I can hear the scratching. What a waste of service. The complimentary car wash was through a machine instead of by hand and since I didn't know this the machine knock off a collector magnet on the back of my car. I did not realize until I had already left. All this for over $100. What did I pay for? Viviana was nice and I know it wasn't her fault but your team needs to make this right. Absolutely awful. More

I expected more from this company after all the reviews. It states all used vehicles go through an inspection which includes an oil change. Within 1500 miles my service light came on for oil change. Black! Nowhere near a fresh change. Car within 2 weeks started giving other warnings for a typical problem I found for this vehicle. Again ..... fixed it myself. They were not willing to help in either matter! Buyers beware! More

When I bought a used Honda from this dealership in March I was happy with the salesman and what I thought was a decent deal however, after driving the car about 3500 miles I ended up with a bad torque conve I was happy with the salesman and what I thought was a decent deal however, after driving the car about 3500 miles I ended up with a bad torque converter and a back wheel out of spec which required replacing a part ($2800 cost). I do not hold the salesman responsible as he does not inspect the cars. Ok so it is a used car but just recently tire pressure detection went off and my son takes the car in to his local tire shop to look at the tire. I am really upset that they found the tire was plugged so this dealership sold me a used car with a damaged tire that they supposedly at least checked the basic condition of things on like tires. I did not expect the tires to be brand new but really expected that a damaged plugged tire would not be on the vehicle. While I like Honda vehicles I will have to think before visiting this dealership for my next car. More
