I wouldnt do business with them bait and switch tactics was back and fourth the whole time they aren't transparent. Payton lied to me about the ford blue advantage warranty its for used cars under 100k was back and fourth the whole time they aren't transparent. Payton lied to me about the ford blue advantage warranty its for used cars under 100k miles and 10 years old or less said I dont get it because I didnt buy a ford, i drove 200 miles was transparent about my trade in told them everything that was wrong with it Told BDC told the salesman and the finance guy, i get there and they act like they had no idea. Everything was back and the fourth the whole time.the process wasn't great was by far the worse car buying experience I've ever had and I've bought over 20 cars. Roy was the nicest person there didnt seem to lie. The deal was fair but wish the back and fourth didnt happen and wish I wasn't lied to about the ford blue warranty More

JT has been outstanding. He was great when the bought the care. Very knowledgeable and patient with us as we debated our decision. When we brought the car back to get mats He was great when the bought the care. Very knowledgeable and patient with us as we debated our decision.
