Very rude, did not fix the vehicle. Threatened to charge Very rude, did not fix the vehicle. Threatened to charge storage fees. Staff was rude and did not try to repair vehicle. I will not use them again More

The front of the plastic panel protecting the bottom of the engine came loose and was folding back. The folks at Heiser reattached the panel and charged me a minimal amount. More
