Great Customer Service I visited the dealership looking for a new vehicle. I talked to Mr. Patrick Cardinal in regard to a Ford Edge. He and the financing department of Heiser went the "extra mile" to ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle and payment for my new car. I was given a tour of the service department and met with the Service Manager to ensure if there were any issues they would expedite the repair of the malfunction.
