The passenger-side wiper was torn for about 4 inches from the end. Maybe they just forgot to tell me. When I got home, I read the inspection report and was surprised to see that my wipers were "good." I called to ask about a new wiper. My calls went to voice-mail. When I did get a call, it was Hutch. He had been told that I wanted a trade-in estimate for my car. He not only gave me the estimate but also answered my question about replacement wipers when I asked. I returned to the shop, bought two new wipers and installed them. Still no response to my voice-mail questions. More

So, I went there even though it is 70+ miles from my house. Hutch was the best. I told him what I wanted, we looked at it and once he was satisfied I knew what I wanted, he helped me and didn't try to push add-ons or a bigger vehicle. Everything was smooth, he shepherded the process of getting an after-market change I wanted - by another business - to make sure the vehicle was ready when I wanted it. Hutch is the guy. More

They are always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs and to save me money. The service department is the best (so hard working). Although I've only required tire and maintenance services (Built Ford Tough), their work has been impeccable. The sales and finance departments are extremely knowledgable and spent the necessary time to make sure I understood my vehicle and contract. I appreciate everyone's help. More
