JT was super helpful, as was the rest of the staff. He showed me a few trucks and let me test drive the two I was interested in. Negotiating was quick and easy and I got a fair value for my trade in. After 3 weeks, my certified pre-owned vehicle showed ABS system fault. Had it fixed at a nearby Ford dealership. It was due to rust and debris on one of the tone rings - not a warranty issue per se, but sho system fault. Had it fixed at a nearby Ford dealership. Direct communication with the dealership did not resolve the issue. It was only after filing a BBB complaint that Heiser provided reimbursement. More
