When I bought the truck the salesman lied to me four times. That was after the deal was closed. Service department used to be real good. Last time I brought it in. They did nothing to the truck. And told me I had to come back another time when they had adequate staffing. I understand that service technicians are hard to find. But they should’ve known that they would not have the time to do the work that I wanted done. They did not even get the oil changed. More

We had a great experience at Heiser Ford with Zak! He knew about the car and answered any questions we had. The financing process was quick and easy, and we were out the door in just over 2 hours (way He knew about the car and answered any questions we had.
