From the moment I was on the lot I felt welcomed by James and his professionalism, paired alongside his evident experience! Both myself and my driver talked about how the Heiser team made the stressful and and his professionalism, paired alongside his evident experience! Both myself and my driver talked about how the Heiser team made the stressful and emotional experience of buying a car such an enjoyable one. James not only addressed my concerns on the vehicle, but went above and beyond to show me the car’s capabilities as I wasn’t an experienced manual driver. 10/10 experience, and if I am ever looking to buy a Toyota or looking to get insight on my next purchase, I look forward to asking the team here for sound advice.
