I was lied to about $1,500 diamond coating on van. They claimed it took only 20 minutes to apply inside and out. It's not possible. Was charged $19.99 for electronic filing of the title and registration fee. I was not told in advance of this charge. I want my money back for this. How dare they spend my money without permission. It took 6.5 hours to buy a vehicle. It took less time to sign paperwork at a tile company when i bought a house. I feel as a 64 year old woman I was taken advantage of. I want my $1,500 dollars back for an item/service I did not received. More
