James Hicks was a great salesman Our experience was good with all at the dealership. Just one complaint-- the buyers fee is too high. One of your competitors, Wilde Toyota has only a $ 210 fee. Carmax is only $99. $349 is excessive. Also, Wilde Toyota would have allowed $5000 to be charged to our credit card, not just $1000. We would have bought the car from Wilde exc. your Camry had lower miles. More

A quiet area would be helpful for individuals who would like to work or read while they wait. Only issue is there was no reason given for my inability to fill my take beyond 7/8 full.
