Prompt service. Knowledge of service prvider was good. I am displeased that Toyota Camry XLE has noise level that is unsatisfactory when rear window is opened while driving. Vehicle seems excessively noisy I am displeased that Toyota Camry XLE has noise level that is unsatisfactory when rear window is opened while driving. Vehicle seems excessively noisy and seems to vibrate when rear windows opened. Technician stated this occurred in all Toyota Camry and took me for test ride in another Camry to show. I believe this is a engineering manufacturing defect and if I would have known prior to purchase of vehicle would not have purchased. My other vehicles including my 2014 Honda Accord that I traded did not have this issue. I spent a lot of time and effort researching the Toyota Camry and am not happy with this problem. At this point I would not recommend Toyota Camry to others. More

They worked extra hours to provide the right car for me! Initially, I thought I wanted to purchase a RAV 4, test drive it and was in the process of completing some of the paper work. Then I remembered I didn't even look at the Camrays. Then I saw the midnight black metalica, I changed my mind immediately after I walked around & sat in it. When Al came back & saw my face when I said I changed my mind, he said let's take it for a test drive! We were there on a Saturday until 8pm! I appreciate everyone's patience and assistance.
