Easy and honest to deal with. I came to the dealership to just take a look at the new features of the 2020 model year Tacoma. After meeting Jorgo he was able to break down the diff I came to the dealership to just take a look at the new features of the 2020 model year Tacoma. After meeting Jorgo he was able to break down the differences between the truck I had (2017 Tacoma) and the new 2020. He offered to let me take the new truck for a test drive where he was able to physically show me many of the features while they were in use. After the test drive we went back to his desk where he was able to show me my options as far as cost goes. The sales manager (Shahat) was also able to investigate other options such as the cost of leasing. To make a long story short, I drove off with a new 2020 Tacoma and couldn't be happier. Jorgo and the sales managers honesty, patience, and willingness to work with me put me at ease as a customer. I know I made the right choice going to Heiser and will be back for my next vehicle in the future. More

100,00 Service When I came in for my appointment scheduled at 12:30, there were a few customers waiting to be serviced, so I waited for about 25 minutes. Bob Arcisze When I came in for my appointment scheduled at 12:30, there were a few customers waiting to be serviced, so I waited for about 25 minutes. Bob Arciszewski happen to see me waiting and called me over after he finished with another customer. Bob was very nice and professional and thanked me for waiting so patiently. I was told that my service would take about 3 hours, but Bob was able to get 2 people to work on my car and I only had to wait 90 minutes. I was so pleased that Bob was able to do that! I recommend Heiser Toyota Scion to anyone! More

When we checked in, which took unreasonably long considering there was no line, we were told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes - for an oi When we checked in, which took unreasonably long considering there was no line, we were told it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes - for an oil change. And yes, I had an appointment scheduled. I will say it took less than that, but still longer than anywhere else I have ever been for that simple service (I did also get two new front wiper blades but that certainly did not take too much time). Every time I have gone there it has been way too long for an oil change. I am only going there because it was included in my package but I will definitely not be returning when that runs out. I will say the inside is nice and inviting. Vincent was friendly. So were the women who checked us out afterward. More
