The service staff are not pushy with sales which I appreciate, I’m not going in for an oil change to feel pressured about other items. Frankly I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy or for service. M family is on car #3 from heiser Toyota and we will remain customers as long as the service and comfort at heiser stay in place. We only buy from Roger. remove plastic from exhaust pipe With no appointment I drove in with some plastic stuck to my exhaust pipe, the smell was bad.
