My sales person Alex Hall did a fine job helping me get a new 2020 Toyota Highlander. I was in the middle of purchasing a 2019 and went home and decided on a 2020 instead. Alex and Shahat took over and chang new 2020 Toyota Highlander. I was in the middle of purchasing a 2019 and went home and decided on a 2020 instead. Alex and Shahat took over and changed all of the paperwork and made the transition from one vehicle to the other easy! I truly believe they want me to be satisfied with the vehicle I choose!
