James Hicks made our experience very enjoyable. We went to Heiser Toyota about 5 years ago and had James as our salesperson. He gave us a truecar price on a 2014 Rav 4. It was a great deal The only draw to Heiser Toyota about 5 years ago and had James as our salesperson. He gave us a truecar price on a 2014 Rav 4. It was a great deal The only drawback was the distance from Hartland to Heiser We ended up at a dealer in Brookfield. Their deal was not as good as Heiser and they ended up matching Heisets price . The dealership in Brookfield has slipped greatly. The associated at Heiser are friendly and outgoing. We felt welcome at Heiser and not so much at the other dealership. More
