Service great getting an appointment .. bad Service is great. I could not make a wait appointment on line so I called and made one. Wrong date wax entered, I missed appointment, made another sin Service is great. I could not make a wait appointment on line so I called and made one. Wrong date wax entered, I missed appointment, made another since date we agreed on originally was not there, then got an email saying my appointment was ready for original date , called again. They have no coordination between service and appointment dept , or their computer system sucks. I am seriously considering not coming back for either of my Toyota vehicles. More

A lot of wasted time. I made an appointment one week in advance to have the bright lights checked out. When I got there on time, they thought they were doing an oil change I made an appointment one week in advance to have the bright lights checked out. When I got there on time, they thought they were doing an oil change and did not know about checking the bright lights. Then I was told it would be an hour before they could get to working on my car. It needed new bulbs which I was told might take another hour. I went to the big window to call my wife when I saw my car being parked and the number being removed.So they were done working on my car. I then sat for another 30 minutes before the bill was ready for me to check out. It cost $162. My wife went to our local service station in Feb. for an emissions test. While there, they noticed a front light burnt out, and changed it in 10 minutes for a total cost of $20 for the bulb and NO labor cost at all. I doubt I will return to Heiser Toyota again. More
