My Service Adviser was outstanding in his courtesy, knowledge, and all around attitude. Also visited the Parts Department to get some new wiper blades. That netted to very helpful staff members. I got an incredible deal and everyone there works as a team to help you. The best part about Al is that he is so knowledgeable about the Toyota brand. He also gave me an introduction to the entire organization so I would know what to expect when I visit the Service Department in the future. And Al gave me an in-service about how my Rav4 worked. I have owned many cars but this is the first time someone took the time to make sure I knew where and how everything was on my new SUV. There is a lot of tech on this great SUV and it was much easier having Al explain it to me before I tried to drive it. He is a wonderful person to work with and you will get the best deal in the area. This was not the first dealership I visited to purchase my new SUV but they won my business because they are the best. More
