I was allowed to reason with him and to express my concerns, questions, and reservations without being made to feel like I was being taken advantage of. Roger allowed me to take my time and think about what was being stated prior to making a decision. I feel like, by the time I left with a car, I had full knowledge of my monthly payment, the insurance changes to my insurance, the warranties I had available to me, and the leasing I was being given. I asked specific questions as to what my maximum monthly payment would be with each car I tested and was given the min/max ranges per car. Highly recommend. More
