Exceptional Experience! I visited at least 4 other dealerships looking at SUV's. I was searching on-line and found that Heiser Toyota had several Highlander's like I was loo I visited at least 4 other dealerships looking at SUV's. I was searching on-line and found that Heiser Toyota had several Highlander's like I was looking for. I got an immediate e-mail response from them and set up an appointment. When I went to Heiser Toyota I met Craig Strzyzewski. Craig really knew the Highlander and guided me through the process. When I picked up our new Highlander last Saturday, Craig made sure I knew all about the functionality of the dash features and all the other neat stuff. He was a pleasure to work with. I really liked the Hesier Toyota dealership experience and would recommend it. We will be back in a year or two for a Rav 4 for my wife! More
