I was ver dissatisfied with the service I received I had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change and they didn’t tighten the oil plug so I was leaking oil! It was very inconvenient to have to come back to to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change and they didn’t tighten the oil plug so I was leaking oil! It was very inconvenient to have to come back to Heiser Toyota because of that and my service advisor Tommy did not compensate me! I have oil spots on my garage floor so I’m not happy! More

Service is very slow. The service personnel do not explain in advance the itemized cost of each work. Or they fail toninfom the delay.
