I went in for 15,000 mile maintenance on my 2019 RAV4. I wish I had paid more attention to the service reps’ names to give them personal compliments! The 2 I dealt with were great! The first (I believe Vincent Lor?) answered all my questions to help me better understand how to use my cruise control settings. Because he was busy when my service was completed, another service rep (Bob or Joe) called me over to let me know it was done and went over the findings that everything checked out okay. He let me know the other guy was busy and that he didn’t want me to wait any longer, which I thought was very nice and great team work! He also answered my questions about the letter I received a while ago about the gas tanks never appearing full via the gauge after filling them fully. He said Toyota is still working on a resolution for that issue. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Heiser Toyota. More
