Utilized the pickup drop off service, and car was returned with a dirty interior driver seat/door area. It does not appear that it was cleaned, and I doubt it was sanitized. My other comment would be that this is not a service shop when fast service is needed. Driving in and asking for immediate help is not allowed. I always need to schedule an appointment for service. Emergency work like a flat tire fix requires I go to Monroe. Top notch staff and work quality. More
