In October when snow has already been flying in the area (one would expect if new tires are needed this would be the best time to get them). Owner does NOT live nor work close and needs to take time off to bring the car in. Is it time to find a new service center? This car has 100,000 plus miles and eventually a replacement car will be required. The other car has 25,000 miles and is the 4th car purchased with you. If you want our continuing business (There are 3 generations of car buyers involved here) ... Customer service is the only thing separating you from other Toyota dealerships in the general area. as of today you are not running a winning race. More
