Service itself good. Setup & day of lacking I had to call 3 times to make an appointment because I couldn’t get through. The app on my phone won’t let me assign Heiser as my dealer so that won’t work. When I arrived, the kid who ran out to meet me was awesome! Polite, fast and greeted me. The red shirt guys inside ignored me, didn’t acknowledge my presence and I waited 10 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help. After searching through printed paperwork, I had to sit and wait until more paperwork was printed. I was asked to sign a sheet that said $74 even though it was supposed to be a free check. The checkin process was slow, burdened by a lot of paper and I didn’t feel that I was welcomed or important. After waiting I saw my car in the “ready to go” section so I walked out to check if my car was ready. One guy asked what I needed and wrote my name down on a post it note (huh?). Then another guy yelled my first name and when I responded he barked that my car was just finished, waived some papers in the air and told me to wait a few minutes. I stepped back into the waiting room, and he appeared again holding papers, walked by me to get more papers (car wash ticket) and returned to hand me the papers and left. He only mentioned no charge but didn’t tell me what was done nor did he go over the inspection report. So I left. I went for the car wash but it was hard to see the LCD panel on the Hamilton kiosk. No instructions what to do or which button to push. Eventually it worked and the wash itself was fine. More

Fast, friendly, efficient I was prepared to wait an hour or so and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. While I was getting my car serviced I went looking for my usual salesman (James)- he was gone for the day, but another salesman(Roger) took my information and forwarded a message. Disappointed I have been a loyal Heiser customer and owned Toyota Siennas for over 10 years. During that time, I have had nothing but issues with my automatic doo I have been a loyal Heiser customer and owned Toyota Siennas for over 10 years. During that time, I have had nothing but issues with my automatic doors. In the past, Heiser has been great about working to rectify the problems with my doors. Unfortunately, recent visits have resulted in 'Sorry we cannot create the problem.' The frequency my family experiences the door malfunctions is so regular that my kids beg me not to volunteer to drive the carpool or to take their dad's car if I have to drive their friends. It does not happen every time, but when it gets to the point where we frequently have the problem of the doors won't close, the alarm goes off and we have to spend minutes figuring out how we are going to drive the kids home safely, I bring it in for service. To hear 'we can not fix it because we cannot recreate it' on back-to-back visits is infuriating! While I understand that it is hard to fix something you cannot recreate, I question how hard they are trying. These issues are a well-known Toyota problem, to the point where Toyota has not only issued recalls but also extended the warranty on the hinges. To allow a customer to leave your service center with a van where the doors may not latch changes a customer from a loyal customer referring your dealership to a disgruntled customer that cautions their friends against it. More
Expensive and poor repair of exhaust problem 1st time in for catalytic converter replacement because of warning lights on console. Exhaust slightly louder when returned and the center pipe fell 1st time in for catalytic converter replacement because of warning lights on console. Exhaust slightly louder when returned and the center pipe fell off 16 days later. Center pipe replaced and car returned with LOUD exhaust right from the dealer. Returned and they are now waiting for a replacement pipe for one that rusted thru before the muffler. Nice people to deal with but I think they need to do some training or rethinking of how they troubleshoot exhaust problems. At the least, a LOUD exhaust should raise a red flag that something is not right. I trusted the dealer but will now have over $3,000 in the exhaust system by the time the latest repair is done and would recommend checking with an exhaust(muffler) business first. More

Professional And Trustworthy Toyota Service Center I live in Bay View; a neighborhood in the south east area of Milwaukee yet I drive approximately 30 miles to get to Heiser Toyota’s service center for I live in Bay View; a neighborhood in the south east area of Milwaukee yet I drive approximately 30 miles to get to Heiser Toyota’s service center for service on my Prius. There are closer Toyota service centers but for me, it is worth the drive and time.i know my car will be serviced by a professional.
