Disappointment Bought my new 2013 Avalon from you, and later new tires so the brakes would be checked when tires rotated each time. Told I need new rotors! Went in for an oil change came out with. I took my 2016 Rav4 in for a maintenance oil change. Waited for an hour and fifteen minutes. The next morning, my car was leaking oil. Called the serv I took my 2016 Rav4 in for a maintenance oil change. Waited for an hour and fifteen minutes. The next morning, my car was leaking oil. Called the service center, took it back in on my lunch "hour." Was there for an hour and a half before I was told that they did not know where my car was leaking oil, could they shuttle me back to work. I needed to go somewhere after work so they gave me a loaner. I got a call the next day about 9:45am saying that my car was ready. I went to get my car, again over the lunch hour. I had to wait in line at the cashier to get my car back while the three ladies behind the counter talked to everyone except people who needed help (ie. me....trying to get my car) I asked what was wrong with my car and was told that something had not been tightened properly. One might think that a oil change is pretty standard and tightening things up would be part of the whole oil change process. Other than the loaner (that I was offered after I told them I needed to be somewhere after work) I was offered nothing for my time or being inconvenienced with this whole rigor morale. More
