I had an exceptionally great experience on my visit to Helms Brothers, which led me to decide that is where I want to make my purchase. The customer service is superb and the level of professionalism from Helms Brothers, which led me to decide that is where I want to make my purchase. The customer service is superb and the level of professionalism from Maurice and staff compelled me to do business with them. I visited another Mercedes dealer in Long Island prior to Helms and refused to do business with them because of their lack of concern for my needs, and their very poor customer service.
