I gave a high rating because from the time we walked in the door we received a friendly greeting from the front desk. He had a good knowledge of the Mercedes Benz inventory and he took his time to show us around and make us feel comfortable. When he was unable to reach my budget, he brought in the manager John who worked the numbers that was a benefit to both parties. My wife and I were impressed with how accomadating these two gentleman were. We were offered refreshments while we waited and Richard explained everything. He went over every document and explained each one. We were very pleased with the service and will refer our friends to Richard & John. When we picked up our car we were treated as if we purchased a new car. Richard took time to show us how everything on the dashboard worked. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. The staff at Helms are true professionals. The shopping experience was made easy and my salesperson Lisa went out of her way to show me everything about the vehicle I was interested in. I came in looking to buy a CPO mercedes c300. Peter at sales, was very friendly and provided excellent service even though I wnt in around 9 pm when the dealership was about to close. Peter was very infor sales, was very friendly and provided excellent service even though I wnt in around 9 pm when the dealership was about to close. Peter was very informative, yet not pushy at all. He wasn't in a hurry to get rid of the cars, instead he told me everything about the car, and left for me to decide if I want it or not. Even let me test drive 20 min before closing. He took care of all the paperwork for me and did not charge ridiculous dealership fees. Thank you. More

We are very happy with the service and price from this dealer. We originally went to Mercedes dealer in Long Island City and they were very unprofessional and tried to overcharge us.
