Bought car after Hurricane Sandy. Walter was exceptional in ensuring the vehicle was to my satisfaction and answered all my questions on the devices in the vehicle. The only thing that could have been done in ensuring the vehicle was to my satisfaction and answered all my questions on the devices in the vehicle. The only thing that could have been done better was that the dealer only provided me with a half a tank of gas when there was a gas shortage. Let me start by saying I am one of those people who HATE going into a showroom and dealing with the entire experience. I usually feel as though I am entering a ring and preparing for battle! From the moment you arrive you're greeted with a smile from the receptionist who is ready to put you in touch with a sales representative that can meet your needs. In my case, that was Kathleen Baade and John Kunz. Kathleen handled the sale and John made the numbers work. Both were extremely pleasant, understood my price range and never tried to exceed it. This is the first Mercedes I have purchased from them, however my mother-inlaw is a repeat client. That helped my decision to visit the showroom, but the only reason I gave them my business is because they earned/deserved it. This isn't the only Mercedes showroom I had visited. My purchasing from them speaks volumes! I highly recommend Helm Bros. I will add to this after I experience the service dept, which I hope won't be for a sometime. More

This was, without a doubt, the most amazing dealer experience I have ever had or could've expected. My son who has owned a Mercedes for a few years, insisted that I consider the vehicle for myself to experience I have ever had or could've expected. He steered me into Helms Bros and from the minute we entered their beautiful showroom, we were met with a warm, sincere and accommodating welcome. My sales consultant, Peter Fearon, with his sophisticated yet down to earth demeana immediately won our trust. He was extremely knowledgeable and his confidence in the engineering perfection and performance of Mercedes vehicles was contagious. After test driving the C-300, the search for a new car was definitely over. It is a dream vehicle, and Peter worked with me to be sure that the car had exactly what I wanted in it, and that the deal was one I could live with financially. I never felt pushed, pressured or harassed at this dealership (and I know what that can be like since I've been shopping for a new car for several months. Before going to Helms, I likened car shopping to root canal). Once the deal was finalized, I met with Daniel Rosa who helped me complete the paperwork. He continued to make this a very pleasant and anxiety-free experience. I love my 2013 C-300. It is an amazing vehicle and makes driving seem effortless.
