This is the third Mercedes my husband and I have purchased at Helms Bros. and we wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Wilhelm Frank, our Sales Consultant, was so nice and personable we felt we had made a friend by the end of our arrangements. He has called us several times to see if we are enjoying the car. Wilhelm made you feel that he was genuinely happy and excited for you. I would recommend him to anyone. Matthew Lunetta, the Business Manager, was also someone we enjoyed dealing with. He had a great understanding of financial matters and didn't try to sell us unnecessary items. He was instrumental in getting us a refund for an extended warranty we had on the Mercedes we traded in - almost $2,000! I'm not a fan of, and don't respond to, the "hard sell" - we were never pushed into taking something we didn't want. John Kunz, the Sales manager, was also great - knowledgeable and proactive. He stepped in and helped out when an envelope was misplaced. He called our salesman at home immediately and resolved the issue. If you don't want to be pushed and pulled by a dealership and want a great deal, go to Helms Brothers. They are phenomenal - and they have the best cars and the best personnel in New York. More
