I had been shopping slightly used SL 63 AMGs for a few weeks and new I wanted the car. There were several options in the market from leftover 2011's to low mileage 2012's. I had seen a 2012 on their website with a few executive miles and decided to check it out even though I felt it would be out of my range. My treatment was spectacular from the moment I walked in. I asked for Frank because I had called him to ask about the car. He was busy with another customer but showed me the car and told me he'd be with me shortly. NO LESS THAN ^ people asked me if I needed help or would I like some water or coffee while I waited. John Kunz - The Used car sales Manager came over and we talked. He put no pressure on me whatsoever but asked to appraise my trade while I waited for Frank. John clearly understood my position on the value of the cars and went out of his way to make the deal work. I have bought many cars for myself and friends and I was genuinely surprised he was able to get to where I wanted but he went out of his way to put the entire deal together - Including the financing - Which was a match to my credit union. From start to finish this is a first class dealership. No arrogance, just great customer service, a friendly attitude and a commitment to get you in the car you want in a way that will make you feel comfortable. EVERY employee there congratulated me while we were waiting for the paperwork (Which didn't take long) - I drove in at 11:30 and drove the car home at 3:00 and that included about 1/2 hour of me deciding on the deal.
