I have had a few bad experiences with the dealership from life threatening issues (not putting the lugs back on my tire) to losing my keys. I am very loyal and this seems like whenever I give it a chance I a life threatening issues (not putting the lugs back on my tire) to losing my keys. I am very loyal and this seems like whenever I give it a chance I always get burned. I took my car in less than a week and spent almost $2000 then not even a week later my a/c dies and I have to replace all these other items almost 6 k worth. It is so disheartening that Nissan's reputation is not as good as it used to be. More

Car was towed in on Tuesday 03/17 night and ready on Tuesday 03/24! Radiator and thermostat replacement $2200.00. $600 parts. $1600 labor. So roughly 7 hours to replace radiator and thermostat. Ouch! It took 4 hours to have 4 tires installed, poor communication about the time, not apologetic about the time after being told it would take 1-1/2 hrs.
