Purchasing a new vehicle can be a horrendous experience; infact, the first day we looked at vehicles, we did so on a Sunday to avoid sales consultants. We wanted to just look at vehicles "in peace." However, from the first moment we were approached by sales consultant, Mike Harris, we felt at ease. Mike was not your "typical" car salesman everyone dreads to talk to. He was always courteous, respectful, and had a wonderful sense of humor. We spent a portion of 3 separate days at the dealership. The first we spent test driving a vehicle, and learning about the product (RX350). When we explained that we were still just trying to gain information about many different makes and models and were leaving to visit another dealership, Mike completely understood. He was never pushy or aggressive. Mike's personality makes you want to buy a vehicle from him. My husband and I discussed just that fact over the course of the next week. As we narrowed our options, Mike answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgable about financing and the product itself. A week later, we purchased a new vehicle from this dealership.
