He was incredibly patient with my many questions and never made me feel pressured to commit to anything. The pride he feels in both Porsche and the Hennessy brands was apparent. Over the course of purchasing my new car and after Greg made me feel that he truly did want to earn a customer for life. I have visited this dealership a few times, and they don't treat all customers / potential customers the same, in my opinion. Sally ( i.e. sales person) made me feel as though my money nor my business did not matter.; She didn't go the extra mile ..heck she did not go the extra inch. When bringing this to the attention of management at the dealership, they literally did not care how she made me feel, nor did they care to listen to my experience. Yes, you read that right, and they literally made me feel as though my business did not matter. They did not even fake it and listen / pretend to care. I, the customer, certainly did not come first. I would never purchase a vehicle here and would never refer the MANY individuals that I know to this dealership. Remember, the people you hire are the face of your company. I can only judge this dealership by my experience with the sales person that I interacted with and management who was there at the time that I wanted to communicate my experience. Hennessy Porsche lost a potential sale from an individual who was very serious about purchasing a vehicle. Oh and the receptionist (young lady sitting at entrance when i visited), or whatever her title may be, needs to be fired. She lacks any professionalism (at least that was my experience). My review is only about Sales (Sally) and Sales Management. I have never interacted with the service or parts team. More
