Sometimes when we don't utilize a certain feature for awhile, we tend to forget about how it is used. A quick call to Bruce refreshes our memory. He is very professional and patient with me and my wife. During my last visit, Jamey explained all of the financial administration in a manner that was clear and most professional yet relaxed. It's important to me to feel a sense of trust when dealing with finances. I have this feeling at Hennessy. The service department is excellent. My last contact with Matt and Zak actually made me feel that I was receiving professional advice in a manner that was not condescending.
