If there was a 1/2 star it would be more appropriate. I would not ever recommend anyone to have even a Honda let alone a Panamera serviced here. Our experience at Hennessy Porsche exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Garland Helton did an amazing job matching our requested vehicle with present/future inventory availability and l expectations from start to finish. Garland did an excellent job communicating the status of our vehicle during production, shipping and delivery. Additionally, Garland coordinated with the service department to facilitate having our existing Porsche Macan S serviced during our visit to pick up the new Cayenne Coupe S, which saved us travel time and money. Our entire experience at Hennessy Porsche was positive, starting with our new vehicle being in the showroom with a huge red bow on top and my wife's name in the window, the receptionist was very personable and went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of and all of our needs were met while picking up the new car.
