Scott is always available to answer questions and will take time to explain anything about the car or a question about a feature, no matter how minute it may be. Chris in finance has worked with me on both cars and has always worked tirelessly to get the best prices and rates, and knows and understands the importance of it just given the overall costs and investments that are involved. Both Scott and Chris have always been friendly and available to answer any and all questions, and they give genuine honest assessments of what is needed and what is probably not necessary and essential given a customer’s unique needs and uses for their cars. They never try to sell any unnecessary dealership add-ons or options, and even will explain what is critical to purchase and give reasons for their recommendations, whether it is premium equipment for the car or tire and wheel protection for the car, etc. The whole staff at Hennessy Porsche is always welcoming and my parents and brother enjoyed our visit to their dealership on both occasions, and they treat you like family when you are there.
