I had a very bad experience with this dealership. When my lease was up in March 2021, I went to consult about my 2018 Cayenne for a new one. They didn’t have any new ones available. The sales person, Shaun, lease was up in March 2021, I went to consult about my 2018 Cayenne for a new one. They didn’t have any new ones available. The sales person, Shaun, assured me that my car was not worth more than 40K even though the car had less Than 23000 miles and was in excellent condition, newly serviced with new tires. Shaun, my sales advisor, repeatedly assured me that they will not make any money and likely they would have to get ride of the car or at best scenario break even taking my car at 40K. While I had the option to buy my leased car at 40K, I trusted their word and decided to return the car and wait for them to get new inventory! Shortly after I found out the car was worth 60k plus. I called Shaun back a couple months later and he apologized. While I am ultimately responsible for not doing more research, I trusted their word and could never imagined that they would engage in this kind of practice. Please do your own research if you are in a similar situation. More
