The best car buying experience I ever had! I cringe every time I drive into a dealership, there are usually sale associates that swarm you, even if you on you way to service or parts. Butch Shearer was polite and professional, and was straightforward with pricing and trade negotiation. After submitting some information the new truck was ready to drive off the lot within 15 min of arriving at the dealership. RIGO RODRIGUEZ spoke with me on the phone and was there to greet me and get me acquainted with the car. Rig I walked in to see the car I called about. RIGO RODRIGUEZ spoke with me on the phone and was there to greet me and get me acquainted with the car. Rigo handed me the keys and when I arrived back at the dealership we sat down to discuss the car and the deal. I was honest about what I could afford and Rigo worked with the sales manager, and came back with everything I asked for. Finance Manager was professional and quick and didn't try to sell me a dozen add on's. Great car - great price - great staff !! Thanks Guys - I'll refer you anytime More

Arrogant/Condescending Salesman-Bad Reflection for HB Conversation through electronic media started off fine in the beginning. I put in a request through GMC's main site, due to HB being close to my locat Conversation through electronic media started off fine in the beginning. I put in a request through GMC's main site, due to HB being close to my location and having service work done on my other GMC vehicles, and was routed to this salesman. I responded with what I was looking for and the rebates I have seen available (13k-14k on HD series) to see what they can do for me. He provided a price for a vehicle and explained I would not find a better deal anywhere even though his quote was not even close to the rebates I have seen elsewhere. I asked if this is all the rebates that can be applied because this is higher than others and he assures me it is so come buy here. Knowing what rebates are available through research and study, I start looking elsewhere because apparently, he is not listening and expecting me to jump on his "great deal". Fast forward and I get a text from salesman asking if "anybody beat our price yet. Let me know when you're sick of the back and forth games at other stores. I'll be here." I respond yes. Another dealership is offering 13k off price and you're not even attempting to get to this price. The pricing I discussed at the beginning of our conversation. The following is the text response I received from salesman: "I don't work for free and I'm sure you don't either. If somebodies going to ignore me when I'm trying to help them out why would I continue to try to help? Several text later he responds "Your the one who got quoted 13k off on new Duramax and still shopping for some reason. I would jump on it." So this is my Bad experience with this salesman at Henry Brown. Entitled, arrogant and condescending because I questioned his price quote. I am a consumer who is going to get the best deal possible when looking at a 75k vehicle. I think he forgets that he works for his customers not the other way around. More
