Mixed emotions I went in looking for a specific used car that had all the features I wanted. I recently bought my 2nd vehicle from Henery Brown, a new 2025 truck. I had very limited business use the first 5 days for which the vehicle was only parked in my driveway or on the road. That weekend I noticed a door dent high on the passenger's door in an unusual area, came in to dealer the following Monday for additional option purchase. I addressed this issue on arrival with my salesman and had the area marked with blue tape to clarify. I was waiting in the dealership for Approx: 1 hour and 45 Mins for my option install when ready to leave I could not locate salesman, I had no contact or communication. I made a follow up call to sales manager 2 days after and asked for salesman without success. up to now which has been 3 weeks to date I have not received any contact. Had I any doubt this may have happened in my operation i would have not brought this matter up at all. Up to this situation this dealership has been Excellent. More
