Many reminders to get vehicle papers, almost 4 weeks; we were told paperwork would be waiting when vehicle was picked up, however, there were no papers. The original papers signed were dated 2023 (signed on were told paperwork would be waiting when vehicle was picked up, however, there were no papers. The original papers signed were dated 2023 (signed on 1/14/24), therefore, had to sign again electronically. Other issues also not taken care of, like registering the vehicle with Ikon; called twice to sign up vehicle, however, they said dealership did not register the vehicle, which prompted more calls to the dealership. One thing we didn't have to give a reminder was to cash our check! Had a list of questions upon picking up the vehicle, however, Jose didn't have much time for me! (Rigo was on vacation.) Have purchased many vehicles and certainly did not feel like a valued customer at this dealership. More

I was very upset with Dwayne Champion after the sale of the vehicle. He was fine during the purchase of the vehicle; afterwards, he promised me to provide warranty documents in a couple days. A couple days came and went, and not only did he not provide documents, but there was no communication from him whatsoever. I felt like now that he had made a sale, he did not know me any longer, and I was no use to him. Now several days had passed by with no word from him, so I called him for a status. He promised again to provide the paperwork, but again, nothing. I called again and he said the same thing, so I sent my son to the dealership to see what was going on, which is 40 miles away from my home. Dewayne promised again to provide the paperwork in 3 days. 3 days came and went with no paperwork, no communication, whatsoever, so I drove 40 miles to the dealership to see what was going on and was told by the finance person that Dewayne had the paperwork for the last several days. I was so frustrated with him for wasting my time and costing me money on gas. After my experience, I have no intention to purchase another vehicle from him. More
