The purchase went fine with Ben, however I scheduled a service appointment for a radio issue and wanted to have a spare key cut. And I was told by 1 of the reps who scanned my vehicle and told me face to face that he scheduled a appointment 2 weeks out and I would receive a text message confirmation . I haven't received anything and I wasted my time and gas that day. so now I have 0 confidence in the service shop and I have to figure out how I'm going to get my vehicle serviced and have a spare key cut.
