I took my truck in to get some motor mounts changed and afterwards there was a noise coming from the front of the truck. I had to call and call and call to try to get a hold of my service advisor and whoev afterwards there was a noise coming from the front of the truck. I had to call and call and call to try to get a hold of my service advisor and whoever else was dealing with my vehicle and it was almost impossible to reach anybody or get any answers. They kept my truck for 2 weeks and did not look at it at all after saying they road tested it to duplicate the issue ( mileage did not change)and gave it back to me ..and of course immediately it was making the same exact noise. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general's office and better Business bureau. Do not bring your vehicles to this shop More

Inventory is always low or non exsistant. Takes month for loaner repairs take at least 2 weeks parts can take months and even if you have appt for express oil change it can take 3 or 4 hours!
