On an alignment issue with my coupe, he did his best to ensure my satisfaction, and even helped work out a deal with BMW North America. The dealership itself is very nice and conveniently located with ample [metered] street parking. The first time I called I lucked out and spoke with Kevin in sales. From the first call to driving off from the dealership I felt like Kevin truly cared about my car buying experience - like I wasn't just another sale to get out the door! He was always available for my numerous and probably annoying calls and questions. He never made me feel like a bother or that my purchase was not important. And that was great considering this was my first time financing a vehicle. Which brings me to Sam in the finance department - he also made me feel like he cared about the experience and did his best to make sure that I got a good rate from my lender and also a good warranty package. They were the dream team for my first time vehicle financing.. literally took care of EVERYTHING! I would 100% recommend this dealership and particularly Kevin and Sam! More
