From the moment I pull down the driveway, until I leave, all interactions with their staff are excellent. You can certainly tell that Herb Chambers makes their customers experience top priority. Luckily the only times I have had to visit the service center are generally for routine service and just about every time I have been there the last few years, I have worked with Nick Mitrano. He is a pleasure to work with and very detailed as a service advisor, he also makes sure I always have a ride or loaner. He also keeps me up to date on the repairs during the day. I'm sure the advisors deal with hundreds of customers per week, yet are able to provide friendly, and comfortable service. Also shout out to my always awesome, and amazing leasing agent Kevin Bugbee.
