After purchasing Badis walked me through the setting options, helped me set up the the vehicle to my specifications and ensured I was comfortable with the settings. F&I rep, David was equally as plesant. He was flexible with my work schedule, didnt rush me or pressure me to buy any options but went to great lengths to ensure I was educated about pro's and con's. I would work with Badis, John and David again. I will return for my next purchase. More
I had a very very bad purchase experience for my BMW 330Xi in Herb Chambers of Boston in April this year. I was "cheated" by the dealership and am very disappointed now for the unprofessional and irresp 330Xi in Herb Chambers of Boston in April this year. I was "cheated" by the dealership and am very disappointed now for the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the dealer. Everyone who wants to purchase a car from this dealership should take a look at this review. Here is the story. After I decided to purchase the car and went to the financial manager's office, the financial manager tried to persuade me to buy the GAP insurance ($1000) and told me that only an idiot will not buy it. I didn't know what was GAP insurance when I purchased the car so I choose to trust the manager and bought it. When I got home, I did some research and it turned out that GAP insurance was entirely useless in my case since the remaining principal will always be lower than the car's market value). Be noted, the financial manager knew that I would pay off the loan very soon thus he should know the GAP insurance is entirely wasteful for me. After I realized that, I tried to cancel my GAP insurance. The insurance contract says that I can unconditionally cancel the insurance and get a full refund within 30 days. So I went to the dealership and found the financial manager (Mohammed Omar). However, he rejected my request and asked me to wait for the first monthly payment and said only after that I can cancel the GAP insurance with a full refund. Then I waited for the extra month, and called the dealership back. Unfortunately, Mohammed (financial manager) was on vacation thus the director (Katie George) answered my call. She told me that she would handle it and the cancellation of the GAP insurance would reflect on my loan banking account after 5 months. Then I trust the director and wait for 6 months. However, nothing happened to my account in the end. Then I called the dealership again recently (I can't go to the dealership in person since I have moved to another state), and the director said she forgot our conversation and transferred me to the financial manager again. The financial manager said again that he would handle it and asked me to wait for 3 weeks before it reflects on my account. I was already very upset but I still chose to trust the dealer one more time. Now it has been three weeks and nothing happens again. I don't want to trust this dealership anymore and want everyone to know their dishonesty and irresponsibility to their customers. There were other dishonest behaviors during the purchase such as the coverage of the car started much earlier than my purchase date (the dealer promised me before I purchased the car that they would reset the coverage but they told me it was impossible after the purchase) and there were a lot of small scratches on the car (It was my fault that I didn't check carefully upon car pick-up). PS: I have to give at least one star. But I would give for zero stars if I can. More

Recently did a 70k service on my 328xi and also needed a pair of tires and break pads. As always, Higor was excellent and patient in walking me through the service items that were urgently needed vs what c pair of tires and break pads. He was also able to apply the latest email offers for service discounts that I had received. The waiting facilities were good and I was able to work there for four hours as I was waiting. It can get a little crowded due to others also wanting to work or have conference calls. More
Julieth at HC Boston is awesome. My daughter hit some rough pavement and damaged my tire beyond repair. My daughter brought the car in on short notice for a new tire. It was a regular maintenance appointment. Set up at time convenient to me & because it lasted nearly 3 hours - I got a loaner even though I did not book it in advance. Extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for customer’s time. I waited for my car to be serviced. After 1 1/2 hours (to be expected), I received multiple texts (while in your wait area), statin customer’s time. I waited for my car to be serviced. After 1 1/2 hours (to be expected), I received multiple texts (while in your wait area), stating my car was ready. No one came to get me. I approached the checkout desk, and was told the car was being washed, they would come get me shortly. 20 minutes later no one comes to get me. I approach the checkout desk again, they still don’t have the paperwork, but finally after insisting, they print the paperwork, and tell me to wait, that the car would be brought out shortly. Well, the car had been sitting outside the garage for a while. I had to take down the customer wait yellow sign, and the plastic before someone came to retrieve it from me. I easily wasted over 20 minutes because no one had the decency to follow-up with me. Time is very precious. Just upsetting you do not care for your customers time. More
