I visited this Dealership on July 23rd and had the pleasure of interacting with Higor Teixeira. He was super nice and easy to have a genuine conversation. He was very helpful and honest with recommending a service as instructed by the BMW repair technician that posed as a safety driving issue that would eventually put my family,myself or another driver on the road in danger while driving. Additionally, I feel that the repair technician who fixed the issue with in twenty minutes should be also recognized and an applaused for at least pinpointing the knocking noise that I thought was due to perhaps a required oil change. I truly appreciated the great service. I found and observed that the quite of few of the workers at this Boston location are very friendly and says hello when they see you sitting in the waiting area. This friendly trait is an indeed a nice to have and its the reason why I would travel the extra distance to have my car service at all times at this location. Bravo BMW of Boston. Regards, More
My car‘s engine got overheated and we had it towed to BMW of Boston which was just 6 miles away. Higor, the service advisor was able to get the car looked at within an hour. Horrible experience at the Chamber BMW. Told me it would be 2-3 hours. The cat didn’t go to the Technican until after 3 hours. After calling many time I couldn’t get answer what was going on with my car. They kept it overnight. The next day I called 7 times & a few times actually spoke to a service rep. They couldn’t give any info except for it’s with the technician. 24 hours went by & I finally went there and got a service rep to go upstairs to check on my car. They needed to order parts & would be in 2-3 weeks. Why couldn’t they tell me the day before. So chaotic at BMW & seemingly incompetent. More
Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and thi but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job. More
