I brought my baby BMW X5 on Jan 2022, and I was pleased with Mr. Matt Krappe who always provides an excellent courtesy service. Matt would listen to every details and write notes down to pass it to the technician. He goes beyond what I could ever expect and whenever problems have arisen, he would deal with them effectively, quickly and in a friendly positive manner. Matt he is extremely professional and knowledgeable and explains matters through and goes out of his way to resolve my automotive concerns. It is not a surprise for me because I have interacted with Matt since 2009. Though, he would be busy with other clients over the phone, but he would welcome me with a smile and humbly listen to my concerns and take care of them immediately without a second thought. Overall, Matt has a great interaction and positive attitude and would go the extra mile to make his customers pleased and happy.
