After waiting 3 hrs for the work to be done, I stood around for 45 minutes to get the car. The Service advisor totally ignored me and couldn't care less about the hold up and delay once I was done with around for 45 minutes to get the car. The Service advisor totally ignored me and couldn't care less about the hold up and delay once I was done with him. Customer experience has gone from good to 'never going back again' - sad part is they probably don't care. I would not go here, look for alternative dealers. More
