I went in for regular service, two hours later they said I needed my tires rotated and an alignment. Another two hours later, I asked for the status of my car. I was told it was in line for the alignment. I I needed my tires rotated and an alignment. Another two hours later, I asked for the status of my car. I was told it was in line for the alignment. I said don’t bother, I need to leave, 20 minutes later, I got my keys. They never washed my car, but I suppose that’s my fault for rushing them. This is my third car Serviced there, second car bought there. More

My service rep Breanna had me wait 2 hrs and 20 minutes to have the battery in my remote control changed. Then for the next week and a half, she kept making promises to get back to me by a certain time-she to have the battery in my remote control changed. Then for the next week and a half, she kept making promises to get back to me by a certain time-she never did. Luckily My Phan spotted me looking unhappy and asked if she could help. She turned everything around. Solved my problem and saved me money. Thank you My! More
