Great service on the actual car but you always end up with a bill twice as much as estimated. One gripe was receiving a $100 gift card from BMW at Sudbury that I did’t have on me at the time of servi with a bill twice as much as estimated. I literally drove by the Peabody location to come here where we have purchased 2 cars. Waited too long for this service (4+ hours). It was a simple service appt and state inspection . I booked weeks ahead where we have purchased 2 cars. Waited too long for this service (4+ hours). It was a simple service appt and state inspection . I booked weeks ahead they knew I had too wait. Was told I couldn’t borrow a car because they don’t offer anymore. Got here and inspection machine was down. I wish someone had told me. I started complaining how long it was taking and told I could skip the free washing to save time. Really? That was your solution! Poor handling. More
The quality of the dealership has gone down significantly in the last one year. Came in for a tire replacement for the front wheels with the new tires inside the car and even informed at the check in desk. T in the last one year. The service technician didn’t bother to look inside the car and tried to install a brand new set from the inventory. Bonus, they installed one tire and told me that they didn’t have a second tire and need to order one. Long story short, spent four hours for just two tire swaps and alignment. I would suggest other dealerships for the service work. More
Unfortunately this advisor was taking care of my car last Friday. He was so DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE!! I wish I could give zero stars if I could. He confirmed the service that needs to be done and when I called HIM (no communication whatsoever from his end) to see the status, he said the car was done (basically was sitting there) and didn’t even do what was supposed to be done as he stated. When I questioned, he started to talk to me in a disrespectful manner and literally mocked me and yelled!! First of all, the dealership allowed the car to leave with safety issue. Second, they clearly knew about this incident with the advisor since normally I receive two surveys after my service and this time I got nothing!!! They knew what they did wrong. They only send them to people with no issues…I am VERY disappointed with all their nasty games. I can complain to headquarters in Germany if I need to! More
Brought my 2013 BMW X3 into BMW of Sudbury in for a full interior and exterior detail. Wow what a great job they did. The car looks amazing both inside and out. Jack helped me with my purchase of BMW x1 and the process couldn’t be any smoother. He made sure we got the best deal and that we were happy with our purchase.
