Great experience Herb Chambers must be doing something right. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where Herb Chambers must be doing something right. I have dealt with two of his locations, Flagship Motors (Mercedes-Benz) and Chevrolet of Danvers, where I bought a new Sonic several days ago. It was a pleasure dealing with Clinton Gerrish, a professional and very low key sales person. I first met Clinton several months ago, when I was looking at cars and I was immediately impressed with Clinton's knowledge of the car and the fact he never asked me for any personal information. I was given a brochure, with his card, so when it cam time to buy the car, I made sure I was dealing with Clinton. After all the paper work was done, Clinton must have spent well over an hour going over every detail of the car. Upon parting, he told me to comeback any time for a tutorial, which I am sure to do. I should also mention that Bobby Haddad, the business manager made the process very easy. All in all, I am very impressed with the Chambers organization. Keep up the good work. More

As usual, Scott Lyon was very friendly and I brought my wife's Chevrolet Tahoe Z71 to Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers for service on April 07,2014. As usual, Scott Lyon was very friendly and professional at all times. Scott called for Kevin McCaul to come up to the service desk to get an idea what problems I was having with my vehicle. Kevin checked out the vehicle and found out two window regulators needed to be replaced, clean right front directional assembly & replace bulbs, and blow out sunroof drains. The vehicle was repaired and ready for me to pick up in a timely manner as usual. Scott and Kevin take there jobs very seriously and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced there. I would highly recommend this Herb Chambers Chevrolet of Danvers service center. Both Scott and Kevin act professionally and friendly every time I have been to the service center. Buying a lease Three years ago I leased a 2011 Chevy Cruze for my daughter at Commonwealth Motors. Now that the lease is up, I wanted to pay it off and purchase it. Three years ago I leased a 2011 Chevy Cruze for my daughter at Commonwealth Motors. Now that the lease is up, I wanted to pay it off and purchase it. It only has 8,800 miles on it. Well. they refused to sell it to me and told me that I had to go to another dealership. I was not too happy and left there with some choice words. Their motto " Shop us Last " is now my motto "That's the Last Time I shop There" !!!! So I went up the highway to DeLuca Chevy. Their finance manager told me that he could help me but he was not enthusiastic about it. His exact words were "What's in it for me ? " After blowing me off for a couple of weeks and telling me that he had other things to do first, I told him where to put my paper work and it wasn't very nice. So I got in my car and drove to Herb Chambers. When I was met by John Doucette he had a huge smile on his face and he made me feel welcome. He listened to my story and told me that he would take my paperwork and see what he could do for me. He said to give him a couple of days. Well less than 2 hours later, he called me and said that I was all set!!! Do you believe it!! Two stupid xxx dealers could not help and John gets it down right away!!! I work on the Swampscott Fire Dept. and I have been telling the whole department about this experience and everyone that I know. Herb Chambers is the place to go and John Doucette deserves praise. My wife and I have Jeeps and when the time to get new ones comes, we will surely be going to Herb Chambers Jeep. More
