Anthony And Scott in Service Were Awesome Dropped my Pilot off Thursday night and was helped by Anthony who is a Service Advisor. Told him the problem we were having with the engine coming on Dropped my Pilot off Thursday night and was helped by Anthony who is a Service Advisor. Told him the problem we were having with the engine coming on and then going off and some other electrical things. While my vehicle was there, Anthony would call with updates as to what they were doing. Once the service was complete he called me again and put me on with Scott the tech who worked on it and Scott was great at explaining everything he did. Oddly enough, it was just a bad battery that I just replaced myself less than two years ago. Rather than go through the headache of dealing with where I bought the battery and doing the warranty stuff, I decided to Scott and Anthony replace it and to make things even better I didn’t even pay as much as I thought I would. I’ve had my Pilot only serviced at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington since I bought it and every experience has been positive. I can honestly say I’ve never had a problem with the service there and don’t see myself bringing my business anywhere else. Thanks again Anthony and Scott! More
