Overall a good experience I was able to come in on Monday, and drive off in my new Ridgeline with exactly the color and trim level I wanted 2 days later. I've only lived in the greater Boston area since early 2016, though, and I was referred to Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington and to Lance, specifically, by a local friend. I was not disappointed. Lance is great at helping you find exactly what you need and Gustavo (business manager) was also excellent to work with for financing. Unfortunately, my first Honda CR-V (purchased 2/2016) was totaled in an unfortunate accident. So, far sooner than expected, I was recently helped by Lance and Gustavo again in 10/2016. I received the same excellent service each time. I highly recommend the dealership and both Lance and Gustavo. More
